The Harp Consort (cancelled)
Due to serious personal circumstaces of one of the ensemble members, this concert has unfortunately been cancelled. Ticket holders have received an e-mail with more information.
In 1994, with their debut album Luz y Norte, The Harp Consort shot to the top of the classical charts like a comet. ‘Sceptics asked: can such an exciting sound be historical?’ recalls Andrew Lawrence-King. Thirty years later, the question no longer arises, and his recipe for infectious Spanish and South American Baroque holds up effortlessly. Relive the original - copied thousands of times but never equalled - this summer live in Utrecht! Â
