The Royal Wind Music

The concert of The Royal Wind Music can easily be called a highlight of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2024. The Dutch ensemble is simply unique, with its enormous collection of Renaissance recorders. A horde of earworms swirl through The Royal Wind Music's programme. It is a collage of Renaissance melodies that have made their way through time in ever more varyingly decorated forms, from playful to even more virtuoso.
