The New World was not only the territory of adventurers and treasure hunters, but also of spiritual exiles. In 1735, the Moravian Brethren - followers of reformer Jan Hus - established a base of operations in Georgia before eventually settling in Pennsylvania. In addition to a head full of dreams and a heart full of homesickness, they took their musical traditions with them. Kathryn Cok turns the organ and harpsichord music of the community to her liking.
