Maurits Bunt

Maurits Bunt isn't fazed by a key more or less: as organist, harpsichordist, and city carillonneur of Groningen, he is the ideal sparring partner for our hammer keyboard. We are gearing up for this sparkling collage of Baroque music, including François Couperin's playful Folies Françoises, Georg Friedrich Handel's gently rocking aria Süße Stille, the lyrical viola da gamba music of Marin Marais, and the monumental chaconne by Dieterich Buxtehude.

Listening spot: Buurkerkhof
