Dorothee Oberlinger is one of the world’s leading recorder players, acclaimed for her virtuosity and expressive artistry. She performs internationally at major festivals and venues, collaborates with top Baroque ensembles, and directs Ensemble 1700. A celebrated recording artist, she has been a professor at the Mozarteum Salzburg since 2004.
Soprano Nuria Rial studied voice and piano in her homeland of Catalonia before continuing her studies with Kurt Widmer at the Musikhochschule in Basel. She has performed with conductors such as Sir John Eliot Gardiner, René Jacobs, Iván Fischer, and Trevor Pinnock, as well as ensembles like Collegium 1704, Kammerorchester Basel, and L’Arpeggiata. Nuria Rial frequently appears on the opera stage but also enjoys performing in intimate chamber music projects and song programs.
