Céline Scheen & André Henrich
On the main stage of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht, Céline Scheen has shone in recent years alongside Philippe Jarrousky and Christina Pluhar. Philippe Pierlot and his Ricercar Ensemble also count her as a loyal artistic companion. But the Belgian soprano excels like no other in a more intimate setting. That is precisely the side she will show during this tour: small and delicate, accompanied by a single lute. On the programme: 16th and 17th century lute songs by Giulio Caccini and John Dowland, among others.
