Workshop bell ringing
Have you always wanted to know what it’s like to ring a bell? Seize the opportunity and take part in a proper bell-ringing workshop, suitable for both children and adults. By practising on two bells in the Egmond Chapel of the Dom Tower, under the guidance of a bell-ringer from the Utrechts Klokkenluidersgilde, you’ll learn that ringing bells is not simply a matter of pulling a rope. Afterwards, at 10:00 am, you’ll get to see ‘the big show’ and experience the ringing of the large bells at the top of the Dom Tower.
