Chiming & bell walk
For the opening of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht, Utrechts Klokkenluiders Gilde brings the city's bells to life. We’ll hear the grand ringing of the Dom Tower, featuring all fourteen bells – including the massive Salvator bass bell from 1505. Then other towers join in, creating a festive relay of sound across the city. At 12:20 hrs, two bell walks through the city centre will begin, led by expert guides.
