Pierre Hantaï

George Friedrich Handel's keyboard music have long remained in the shadow of the more famous oratorios and operas. Undeservedly so, because these works are bursting with inventiveness, charm and the joy of playing. No big hits, but surprising gems waiting to be discovered by everyone - energetic, playful and sometimes unexpectedly intimate. A special opportunity to hear this music as it was intended: elevated to a masterpiece by master harpsichordist Pierre Hantaï.
