Fringe: Tulip Quartet
This concert is part of the free fringe programme of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2024.
Tulip Quartet is a clarinet quartet based in The Hague. The quartet was born out of mutual respect, friendship, and companionship between the musicians. The ensemble is committed to inclusive and varied programming that pushes against the borders of the genre and highlights masterpieces by both renowned and less appreciated composers. Tulip quartet aspires to highlight the joy of chamber music from the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century and to showcase a diverse and light-hearted classical repertoire.
