Fringe: Matías Gómez-Sáenz
This concert is part of the free fringe programme of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2025.
MatÃas Gómez-Sáenz is a keyboard player with a passion for historically informed performance practice. Based in the Netherlands, he is currently completing a master’s degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where he studies historical keyboards with Olga Pashchenko. He has also studied fortepiano with Artem Belogurov and modern piano with Klára Würtz. As a soloist and chamber musician, MatÃas has performed in the Netherlands at venues such as TivoliVredenburg and the Concertgebouw; in Mexico at the National Museum of Art and the Blas Galindo Auditorium; and in Belgium. He participated in the 2025 Orpheus Institute Summer Academy.
