Fringe: Ekaterina Uvarova
This concert is part of the free fringe programme of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2025.
Ekaterina Uvarova is a guitarist and lutenist specialising in early plucked instruments including Renaissance lute, theorbo, Baroque lute, Baroque guitar, and nineteenth-century guitar. She studies at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague with Mike Fentross and Joachim Held, and is a prize-winner of over ten international competitions. She performs with ensembles such as Deliciae and the Muselia Duo, appearing in venues such as Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall.
