Malgosia Fiebig

Georg Muffat's Florilegium secundum – an anthology of baroque ballet suites in the French style – forms the basis for this sparkling bell recital by Malgosia Fiebig, undisputed empress of the Dom Tower. The programme runs through all four 'fasciculi' (bundles) in a kaleidoscope of dances, from majestic overtures to playful minuets. With Arie Abbenes' arrangements, Fiebig transforms the Hemony bells into a baroque orchestra that gets even the most tired feet dancing.
