Fringe: OWCZAREK|ŁOBODA DUO
This concert is part of the free fringe programme of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2024.
The Owczakerek|Łoboda Duo consists of two Polish musicians: violinist Aleksandra Owczarek (1995) and harpsichordist Klaudia Łoboda (2000). Owczarek studied Baroque violin at the Kraków Conservatory, and is trained both as a soloist and in chamber music. In both roles, she played concerts across Europe. Łoboda began her musical training in Kielce. In 2015, she started playing harpsichord and in 2017 she won second prize in the National Harpsichord Competition. During these years, she also played piano in the jazz trio led by pianist and composer Konstatin Vilensky.
