Fringe: Matías Gómez-Sáenz
This concert is part of the free fringe programme of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2024.
Keyboard player Matías Gómez-Sáenz has an interest in both modern and historically informed performance practice. He is based in the Netherlands and currently finishing a master degree at the conservatory in Utrecht, where he studies modern piano with Klára Würtz and historical keyboards with Artem Belogurov. As a soloist and chamber musician he has performed in venues such as TivoliVredenburg, and the Concertgebouw. In 2023 he was selected to participate in Mozarteum Summer Academy in Salzburg in the class of Andreas Frölich.
