Fabulous Fringe: Viacheslav Shelepov
This concert is part of the free fringe programme of the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht 2024.
A performer on historical as well as modern keyboard instruments, Viacheslav Shelepov (1991) is well versed in a wide range of musical styles. He began his musical studies at the age of five. He studied at the Moscow State Conservatory and is currently finishing his Soloklasse degree at Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media. As a soloist and chamber musician, Viacheslav performs in various European countries such as Italy, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. His debut solo album Glinka: Revisited with piano works by Mikhail Glinka performed on the 1846 Érard was released in March 2023 on the Brilliant Classics label.
